All of his are good.
But I have to go off the beaten path and go with "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind". Mainly because he and Kate Winslet were so outstanding acting together on that.
Really underrated. It did win the Oscar for best screenplay and did get a ton of overseas awards. 04 was tough oscar competition for it, Million Dollar Baby, Ray, The Aviator, Sideways.
